My original compositional sketches are usually preliminaries for a final oil painting. But I find that these little works pack so much inspiration that I want to make them available. These are my original ideas worked out on the freedom of a pad of watercolor paperer, all the experimented strokes and playful push and pull of water and pigment blending into paper.
